SOLERAS DE TOMELLOSO SL is a family business, located in Tomelloso, Ciudad Real. The family's winemaking tradition dates back to the late 19th century as wine-making harvesters.

In 1962 the manufacture of liqueurs, distilled beverages, mistelas and brandy began; always giving them a personal and vocational stamp, represented by a daily desire to improve and a passion for good work.

In the 1960s, it is on this date that different types of vermouths have also been made, especially our brand RUSHMORE, made from a rigorous selection of aromatic herbs, spices and fruits, based on the best Tomelloso wines. , and setting the precedent to move to our highest level of quality and selection: our new UNIVERSO vermouth range.

Both UNIVERSO ROJO, a new vermouth, which maintains its composition and incorporates soft Stella cherry notes to botanicals and spices, and UNIVERSO RESERVA, made with carefully selected aromatic herbs and spices and a slow maceration in barrels for twelve months, are the expression of our experience and effort.
