Pale yellow with greenish reflections, it is clean and bright. The evolution of the bubbles is constant and persistent, with a small size that gives it finesse and elegance in the cellar creating a constant and lively crown.

Smell
Of high complexity, with notes of white fruit, in the style of apple or pear, they are gently combined with the aromas of aging, obtained from the second fermentation and give it an elegant nose. It also highlights the citrus and floral aromas that give the cava a fresh character, thus creating a personality of the Vallformosa 150 Gran Reserva.

Palate
Of soft entry, and with a fine bubble, on the palate it is all fineness and silkiness, which gradually becomes creamy that together with the acidity of the cellar, gives a longevity of aromas, freshness and tastes that persist in the time, obtaining a balanced roundness and body. With a long and pleasant aftertaste appearing some retronasal aromas of fresh and floral fruit.
