In sight warm yellow color with golden reflections, clean and bright. With a fine bubble that forms continuous rosaries and a persistent crown over time, which indicates a good fermentation in the bottle.
Nose
On the nose appear soft roasting notes, intermingled with spring fruits: peaches and cherries, a brioche background and dried fruits from aging on lees. Very complex. with elegant notes and an aromatic breadth that improves with time in the glass.
Mouth
In the mouth it is wide, complex, balanced and creamy. The unctuousness of the Chardonnay grape allows this house to be made as Brut Nature, without the addition of sugars in the expedition liquor.
