Monovarietal of xarel·lo from Espiells. Of a beautiful golden color, with deep and complex aromas that surprise. Intense notes of stone fruits (peach, apricot, loquat ...) coexist with aromas of brioche and butter. Little by little, as the cava opens, a faint background of walnuts and curry appears, as well as the slight touch of toast, typical of long aging. Reina Maria Cristina Reserva Brut was born in homage to Queen María Cristina for granting the title of "supplier of the royal house" to the Codorniu winery in 1897.
