The Gramona III Lustros belongs to a winery of long tradition and prestige, founded in 1921. This cava is a benchmark of quality among the Brut Nature produced in the setting of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.
Elaboration
This sparkling wine has a breeding period of more than 70 months.
100% handmade process. During the time of rest in the silence of the cellar cork stopper is used which allows the longest aging.

Nose
Good intensity and great expressiveness in the nose. Ripe stone fruit - peach, apricot- apples. Mediterranean herbs - rosemary, thyme - Garlic flowers, mushroom, moss. Pronounced aging notes, nuts - hazelnuts, walnuts - toasted crust, coffee and spicy notes
Mouth
In blunt entry mouth, large structure as it passes through the palate. Very fine bubbles that melt in the wine leaving a velvety texture. Great freshness and verticality, with an end of mouth mineral sensations.
Harmonies
It is a fully gastronomic wine. Thanks to the balance between structure, creaminess and freshness harmonizes with endless raw materials and elaborations. Iberian ham, foie, terrines, cold meats. Seafood and fish White meat, rice, even some spoon dishes. Paellas, marmitakos, rissotos.

Depth and transparency. Brightness and freshness. The most sincere expression of our landscape is obtained from a mosaic of calcareous lands in the Coster of the Bitlles River.
Recaredo Terrers is a totally dry Brut Nature, without the addition of expedition sugar. We recommend to taste it at a temperature of 8-10º C.
Gramona Imperial Grand Reserve Brut is a sparkling wine made by the Gramona winery in Corpinnat, located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Barcelona). It is made from the varieties Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Chardonnay, using the traditional "champenoise" method, where it goes through a 3-4 year aging.
