Monovarietal of xarel·lo from Espiells. Of a beautiful golden color, with deep and complex aromas that surprise. Intense notes of stone fruits (peach, apricot, loquat ...) coexist with aromas of brioche and butter. Little by little, as the cava opens, a faint background of walnuts and curry appears, as well as the slight touch of toast, typical of long aging. The palate is very creamy, structured and incredibly fresh. Its persistence is remarkable and leaves us with memories of dried apricots (dried apricots), walnuts and fine pastries.

Tasting:
Cava of a beautiful golden color that reflects its long aging years. Its constant effervescence fills the rosary cup with tiny bubbles that, upon reaching the surface, form a stable crown.
Its aroma is deep, complex and surprising. Intense notes of stone fruits (peach, apricot, loquat, ...) coexist with aromas of brioche and butter. Little by little, as the cava opens, a faint background of walnuts and curry appears, as well as the slight touch of distinction provided by the toasted aroma typical of great sparkling wines.
In the mouth, its pleasant and persistent effervescence caresses the palate, filling it with pleasant sensations. Extremely creamy and structured, it is surprisingly fresh given its age. Its persistence is remarkable and leaves us with memories of dried apricots (dried apricots), walnuts and fine pastries.
The La Capella vineyard is a 7.21 hectare xarel·lo plot planted in 1972 on calcareous soils with a frank texture, located at four winds in the highest part of the Espiells property. The grapes are harvested by hand and a meticulous selection and production process is followed. From the refrigerated must, it is left to settle for 24 hours, then a specific yeast is selected, enhancing the revelation of the typical primary aromas of xarel·lo. The bottles have been aging in rhyme since May 2006. Juvé & Camps La Capella 2005 is a Gran Reserva Brut Nature cava of 12% vol. with great potential and character.

This Cava Brut Reserva with 24 months of aging, is made only in the best vintages from the flower must of the Chardonnay variety. With a beautiful golden color, superb foam and fine and abundant bubbles, it has a very distinguished expression.
Gramona Imperial Grand Reserve Brut is a sparkling wine made by the Gramona winery in Corpinnat, located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Barcelona). It is made from the varieties Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Chardonnay, using the traditional "champenoise" method, where it goes through a 3-4 year aging.
Depth and transparency. Brightness and freshness. The most sincere expression of our landscape is obtained from a mosaic of calcareous lands in the Coster of the Bitlles River.
Recaredo Terrers is a totally dry Brut Nature, without the addition of expedition sugar. We recommend to taste it at a temperature of 8-10º C.
