This cava, which is made exclusively with grapes of the Chardonnay variety from the Can Rius vineyards, is one of the most unique products of the Juve & Camps house. This variety adapts to the territory and expresses the magnificent characteristics of it.
View: Golden yellow color with a superb foam. The multiple rosaries that form its very fine bubbles rise regularly to maintain an abundant and persistent crown.
Nose: Complex, elegant and intense. Almost immediately, it evokes notes of fleshy fruits (peach and melon) and dairy memories. Little by little, its aroma evolves, gaining intensity and complexity. It distinguishes honey, grapefruit and toast.
Palate: Exuberant with an intense and friendly effervescence at the same time that it impregnates a magnificent creaminess on its way. Provided with a remarkable smoothness, it is powerful and fresh. Long finish with great aromatic persistence.
Pairing: Perfectly harmonized with rice, sausages, cheeses, stews, white meats, fish and pastries.
Serving temperature: Between 6 and 8 ºC.
