The Vallformosa Gala Reserva Brut Nature Cava is a powerful, fresh, creamy and tasty cava.
Reina Maria Cristina Reserva Brut was born in homage to Queen María Cristina for granting the title of "supplier of the royal house" to the Codorniu winery in 1897. It is the first "Blanc de Noirs" cellar made 100% from the variety Pinot Noir ink. The grape comes from the area of Conca de Barberá whose moderate continental climate helps to enhance aromatic concetration and the body of a very delicate variety and difficult to grow. In addition, the stony soils of the region provide distinguished mineral touches to the grapes.
Jaume Codorníu Ars Collecta, a large emblem reserve of Codorniu, a tribute to its origin, of limited edition, and with a select coupage that is born from the strict selection of the oldest vineyards and the best grapes from qualified places: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Xarel·lo. With this cava, limited edition and with numbered bottles, the winery recalls the heritage of a tradition started more than 450 years ago.
Jaume Codorníu is a tribute to the origin and the terroir and is dedicated to those who enjoy and deeply love cava.
Ars Collecta represents the legacy of almost five centuries of winemaking expertise. Our experience, together with an exhaustive understanding of our vineyards, have allowed us to create this unique blend of grape varieties that come from two different climatic areas and vineyards where the varieties can show their best potential. Chardonnay, the main variety in this blend brings freshness and ageing potential thanks to the continental climate. It is rounded off with Xarel·lo and Parellada from Penedès, which has a Mediterranean climate.
