A 40.0% alc./vol., Welsh reserve gin, obtained by five times traditional batch distillation, with a single copper alembic designed by Dr. David Faraday.

The botanicals used are juniper, orange and lemon peel, coriander, licorice, cinnamon, cassia, nutmeg, angelica, and florence root.

The final product is crystalline and clean, light-bodied, not especially aromatic, although juniper, herbs and citrus are perceived. With a very balanced flavor, it is slightly sweet with very well integrated alcohol.

This gin is made from a formula that dates back more than a hundred years by Penderyn Destillery of Wales. It is a small distillery located in the Brecon Beacons National Park, using the waters that run through the place.

It is presented in a cylindrical, transparent bottle with a high neck of 75 cl. The label is silk-screened and the drawings of the botanical components are seen vertically.

Sight: transparent and pure.

Nose: presence of citrus, juniper and aromatic herbs.

Taste: sweet and fresh flavor.
