After a slow and calm distillation process, Nordés arrives from Galicia, a gin with 12 botanicals, among which the juniper, lemon verbena, laurel and salicornia stand out. Its aroma is intense and reminiscent of white flowers, ginger and eucalyptus with a subtle note of juniper. Due to its aromatic character, it is pleasant to drink alone and very cold in a wide and not too tall glass. If it is also mixed with a dry and bitter tonic, it exceeds all expectations.
