Kinross Gin Tropical & Exotic Fruits (40º) is a triple distillation gin. Made from juniper combined with different roots, herbs and tropical fruits, it has an elegant, fresh and intense aroma, sweet and citrus. The first notes are mango, followed later by vanilla, angelica and menthol, with a finish of passion fruit and pineapple.

Bagasse is kept in special tanks where a natural fermentation process occurs. Then it is distilled in two traditional copper alembics, the result of which is the brandy. The first and last vapors (head and tail) are discarded and we only use part of the hearts (intermediate distillation).
