At the beginning of 1997, a natural family group from Orcera (Jaén), with more than 100 years of experience in the olive grove sector and in the production of olive oil in the "SIERRA DE SEGURA" region, decides, taking refuge in the existence of the Regulating Council of Denomination of Origin Sierra de Segura, one of the oldest and most emblematic of Spain, to design an ambitious industrial Project that combines the production of olives from its Olivares, with the production, packaging and marketing of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Sierra de Safe. Project based on the high quality of the oils produced in the region, the result of the microclimate and special soil conditions.

Control over the entire process, from the tree to the bottle, and the rigor and dedication put into each step of the production process, result in a unique reference oil, which has made history setting the guidelines to follow for the production of EVOO of the highest quality, and which has been recognized with more than 100 of the most important national and international awards.
