Pack "Taste Experiences"

The "Taste Experiences" pack with Ribera del Duero in a wooden box, consists of the following products:

• Skewers of cured sheep cheese with beef jerky packed in virgin olive oil
• Jesus bakery artisan bread canes.
• A bottle of Mibal crianza (DO Ribera de Duero)

Mibal Crianza is a red wine from the DO Ribera del Duero made by Hornillos Ballesteros, a winery founded by Miguel Hornillos and Javier Ballesteros, both from different winegrowing families.

This wine has been made with grapes of the Tinta variety of the country (100%) from an own vineyard with vines of 18 years of age.

The harvest is carried out in boxes of 12 Kg., It goes through a meticulous selection where the lower quality bunches are removed, going to the destemmer where they are crushed or go directly to the pump that gently transports them to the tanks.

Regarding its elaboration, the maceration period was 20 days at a controlled temperature up to a maximum of 25ºC with destemmed and whole grapes to preserve all the fruit aromas of the grape. Malolactic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks, at Then, it was aged on fine lees, afterwards it was clarified and before bottling it underwent a slight filtration.

It is an extraordinary upbringing.
