Own vineyards at Finca El Ternero.
Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with post fermentation maceration. Aged for 14 months in first and second year French oak barrels. No additional filtering or stabilization treatments are performed. It may present some precipitation.
