Development and Aging
- First fermentation at a controlled temperature 28ºC and maceration (contact with skins) during it.
- Second natural fermentation in underground tanks.
- Aging (oxidative) in semi-new French and American oak barrels of the highest quality for 26 months.
- Aging (reductive) in bottle for a minimum of 36 months - each bottle is carefully stacked by hand in the underground bottle rack.
COLOR: Clean and bright color. Intense ruby red with good color density.
AROMA AND TASTE: The nose is very fragrant with aromas of ripe fruit. Complex and elegant. Satin texture with fine tannins and a leathery taste. Elegant and refined with long and aftertaste with licorice notes.
