The harvest was carried out in boxes of 10 kg, carrying out a manual selection of bunches and grapes in the field. The different batches of grapes remained 24 hours at 4ºC in a cold room. Subsequently, a new selection of bunches and grapes was carried out at the selection table prior to vatting. The fermentation and maceration process lasted between 14 and 17 days depending on the varieties and the oenological objectives set for each one of them. The malolactic fermentation took place in new 225-liter French oak barrels. Aging was carried out in those same barrels for 15 months.
Wine very covered with a deep ruby red color. Intense aromas of ripe black fruit with hints of spice (pepper) and a background of scrubland. Broad, silky and fresh, which together with its fruity expression on the palate, make it a balanced and highly complex wine. Long memory.
