he Cinco Jotas sausage piece is created based on lean and sirloin from the ham's own profiling based on the traditional method characteristic of the Huelva region. In addition, the traditional manual knife cutting technique is used for cutting the sirloin and profiling and a natural cure of between 4 and 6 months.
For the dressing, a set of different spices is carefully selected: a note of nutmeg, a touch of black pepper and white pepper, the latter to provide an extra aromaticity without affecting the flavor, they are combined with sea salt, which, in its right measure, ensures the ideal preservation of the product without overloading the flavor of the piece.
