Eresgourmet makes all its shipments through Correos Express and UPS .
The transport companies Correos Express and UPS have the proven experience and capacity to offer all our clients the necessary and optimal level of service.
Additionally, deliveries can be made through other transport companies.
Terms of delivery
At Eresgourmet we want your shopping experience to be perfect, from the moment you choose your products until you enjoy them at home with your loved ones.
Shipments are made within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, except holidays), depending on the destination country. The cost of shipping the order will depend on the weight and dimensions of the order, the transport options and the destination country to which the order must be sent. All our products are shipped directly from Spain from the different distribution points that Eresgourmet has established.
Delivery method
Eresgourmet works directly with producers and manufacturers who in many cases ship our orders directly thanks to special commercial agreements. In these cases, orders can be made in several deliveries.
Tracking information
Once your order request has been received and your payment has been approved, an email notification will be sent with the order tracking information, the shipping company in charge of sending the shipment, and the tracking number to track it.
Delivery problems
In case the order cannot be delivered to the customer, the transport company will start its procedure for such cases. As a rule, transport companies make several attempts to contact customers to confirm deliveries. In case of absence of these, transport companies usually leave the orders in their logistics warehouses for a certain period of time, notifying the customer by means of a note. After the waiting time, which varies depending on the transport company, the order will be returned to the place of origin. Each company has a different procedure for these cases.
Special refrigerated transport
For special refrigerated transports of fresh products such as meat, seafood, fish, caviar, etc., the transport price may vary depending on the weight that is finally sent to the customer. In this case, if there is an increase, the customer will be notified for payment.

How long do I have to make a return?
The deadline for making a return is 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.
When can I make a return?
A refund may be made in the following cases:
- In case the product is broken or in poor condition
- In case the product box, including Gourmet Boxes, is broken or in poor condition
- In case the order has been sent incorrectly
- In case of disagreement with the delivered product
How do I make a return?
In order to make a return, you must send us the product to be returned using the courier company of your choice, paying the cost. Additionally, send us an email to hello@e resgourmet .com indicating, mainly, your contact information, order number and the reason for the return, as well as a copy of the receipt for the return costs.Will the order amount be refunded?
In the event of a voluntary return, we will refund the amount of the order but not including the amount of the return costs.In the event of a return due to an incorrect or damaged order, the full amount of the order will be refunded, including shipping costs.
Once the return and the status of the returned order have been validated, the customer will be given the option to request a full refund of the order amount or to charge the amount of the previous order to their customer account so that they can place orders for the amount of the order.
