Arbequina Tasting Note

An exceptional Arbequino that combines the delicacy of the aromas typical of this variety with the strength and character of the southern lands. A medium fruity aroma of fresh olives, with green aromas of herbs and green wheat interspersed among the fruity notes characteristic of Arbequino; almonds, apples and ripe bananas stand out.

Its passage through the mouth is progressive, with a soft and delicate entrance, a very light bitterness afterwards and a more noticeable presence of spiciness. It is harmonious and has an almond-like aftertaste.
