Rías Baixas is home to this unique and native grape variety from Galicia, grown on granite soils and trained with traditional pergolas to optimise phenolic ripeness in every cluster.

Because of this "unfavourable" climate (it often rains in Galicia), this positioning of the vines is crucial; situated above the average height of a human being, they allow the nearby sea breezes to circulate freely throughout the vineyard and keep the fruit healthy.

This white wine has beautiful citrus, floral and mineral aromas and flavours, notes of banana and tropical fruits, with just the right and vibrant acidity that invites you to taste it again.
