The Cinco Jotas 100% Iberian acorn-fed whole loin without paprika goes through a natural production process without the addition of paprika.

Whole acorn-fed 100% Iberian pork loin from Cinco Jotas without paprika , approximate weight between 700 and 850 gr.

Natural loin is the product made from the muscle package formed by the spinal and semi-spinalis muscles of the thorax, as well as the longissimus, lumbar and thoracic muscles of the pure Iberian pig, practically free of external fat, aponeurosis and tendons, seasoned with salt, garlic and spices, stuffed into a permeable casing, which has undergone an appropriate curing - maturation process.

Only the best quality loins are used, within the 100% Pure Iberian Bellota that Cinco Jotas already has. If the formula were the same as with paprika, they would be canned loins. This quality is differentiated by the larger calibre and the infiltration of visible fat when fresh, which serves to select them. This formula without paprika represents an innovation little known in the sector , highly appreciated because the individual flavour of the piece can be tasted with greater precision, as it is less masked by flavours as it lacks the powerful smell and flavour of paprika.

Storage : Store in a cool, ventilated place until consumed. It should be removed from the plastic bag that protects it once you receive it. When cutting it, make sure you have the appropriate utensils to make the most of it.
