Our organic caviar is packaged in an elegant, 100% product-friendly glass jar and comes in a wide range of formats, from 15 to 200 g. You can choose between our two categories: Classic and Excellsius, the latter featuring a larger size of sturgeon roe that will make the sensations in your mouth even more special.
In Spain (Riofrío) we produce one of the best caviars in the world. Our organic Spanish caviar is certified by the CAAE (Andalusian Committee for Organic Agriculture), under European regulations, one of the most demanding in the world. Because it is made of large, smooth, well-defined eggs with a pure flavour, Organic Caviar is ideal for eating alone, by the spoonful, and discovering its richness of nuances. Its freshness and flavour are the reasons why this caviar has won over both national and international consumers.
The Acipenser naccarii, the sturgeon we mainly work with, is a native species, almost extinct, that we have managed to recover in captivity. With 250 million years of age, it is a living fossil, slow growing, whose caviar (a true jewel), which we extract after 18 years of breeding, on average, is full of nuances in its flavour and colour.
Its colour is usually pearl grey, but it can be produced with different shades. The freshness of our caviar, which we guarantee, will ensure that the flavour and nuances are not masked by the effects of time, salt and preservatives.
