Iberian Cebo ham, 50% Iberian breed, raised in semi-freedom in the region of Salamanca. With an approximate weight of 8 kg, it is naturally cured for more than 24 months.

Delicate, not excessively salty flavor, with a pleasant and natural aroma.

Appearance: Homogeneous when cut, thin slices with fat infiltrated in the muscle mass. Characteristic marbling.

Color: Between pink and purplish-red for the meat and yellowish-white for the fat.
