The exquisite Mussels from the Galician Estuaries are caught in the Arosa Estuary. The preparation process consists of washing, steaming and removing the beards from the mussel itself. Finally, the Mussel is fried to be packaged in Escabeche sauce. Contains between 8 and 12 Mussels.
