Cinco Jotas 100% Iberian Morcón is the new jewel of Cinco Jotas. Made with selected loin, pork shoulder and sirloin meats and cured naturally for 4-6 months, enjoy a unique flavour. 800 gr - 1.200 kg.

Cinco Jotas 100% Iberian Morcón: discover a new sensation for your palate. Made with Cinco Jotas meats, selected from presa, sirloin and loin with a low amount of fat and seasoned with spices. By using such delicate meat, its natural curing process is slower, ranging from 4 to 6 months.

Consumption recommendations: Always at room temperature to be able to extract all the flavour and aroma of the product (like the rest of the cured meats). Regarding the cut, as the slice is large, each one can be cut into 3 pieces for a perfect presentation. A thin thickness like the loin or the presa is recommended.
