In a homemade sangria, the cooling required before consumption is essential for the extraction of flavours and aromas and their integration, so a bottled sangria, when all the components are of quality and are in the right proportions, can be better than one prepared in front of us.

Tasting notes: A classic tasting note begins by talking about colour and appearance. There are no surprises here. Clear cherry red, clean, bright and attractive, with a slight effervescence of fine and constant bubbles. It is then, in the olfactory phase, that LOLEA clearly differentiates itself from all the sangrias we have tried so far. It smells of fresh and young wine! Cherry, orange peel, lemon candy, cinnamon and sour strawberry. Intense and pleasant aromas, clear memories of grapes and sweet fruit. But then comes the best. A sweet and broad entry into the mouth confirms all the sensations experienced in the olfactory pathway, then opens up into a wide range of ripe red berries and blue flowers, where the noblest part of the wine and its melted tannins can be guessed. With a very silky carbonation and a slight bitterness at the end that invites you to drink.

Suggestion: serve very cold, in a tall glass or goblet with lots of ice, accompanied by citrus, peach or strawberries. Amazing with basil.
