The ALANZA 50% Iberian breed Cebo de campo pallet is a cebo pallet of exceptional quality.

Its flesh, which is between pink and purple-red in colour and its firm, slightly fibrous texture, ensure that it is a delicacy.

The Iberian Cebo Altanza hams are cured for more than 18 months, culminating in a few months of rest in a natural cellar, until the Iberian Cebo hams acquire an optimal flavour and curing for consumption.
