An appetizer sauce made from seaweed with a sweet and sour touch thanks to the vinegar and soy marinade. The "A Mar d'Amunt" sauce is special to accompany preserves, fish and seafood. Ingredients
Apple cider vinegar, water, seaweed (Codium algae), rice vinegar, yuzu juice, umami-flavoured vegetable sauce (soy), dehydrated Kombu seaweed, Katsuobushi (dried tuna flakes) and thickener: xanthan gum.
