Nose
On the nose it is clean and very intense, with notes of white fruit and citrus along with balsamic and aniseed aromas.

Mouth
On the palate it is complex, with a sweet entry, full-bodied and a very balanced acidity.

Pairing
Ideal with rice, seafood and fish in general, as well as with white meats and foie.

Serving temperature
It is recommended to serve between 7 and 10 ºC.
