Its aroma is intensely fruity, of green olive, of great complexity, with fruity notes of green apple, fig and green banana. Its entry into the mouth is sweet, with herbaceous notes of olive leaf and freshly cut grass being appreciated in the front part. Moving to the back part, the olive leaf and green banana are again appreciated, spicy and bitter medium high and to finish a sensation of pleasant astringency. It combines perfectly with artichokes, salads and surprisingly with dark chocolate.
