TASTING NOTE - Hojiblanca

Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Frantoio variety; On the nose, medium-high fruitiness of green olives with ripe notes of fresh fruit. At first, vegetal tones of artichoke, tomato, apple and green banana stand out with hints of flowers and wild plants such as fennel, mint and blackberry.

In the mouth it is elegant and sweet at the entrance, reminiscent of the aromas perceived in the nose. Light bitterness and progressive spiciness until the end of the throat. Medium structure and very balanced.
