Manual harvest.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 25ºC.
Maceration for approximately 12 days.
This wine has been aged for at least 12 months in American and French oak barrels, with American oak predominating over French.
It completes its aging for a minimum period of 6 months in the bottle.
