VIEW

With a very pronounced intense garnet colour, it is reminiscent of red plum jam with a light, soft background from ageing in barrels.

AROMAS

On the nose it presents notes of ripe fruit together with soft earthy and mineral notes.

IN THE MOUTH

This is an unctuous, elegant and honest wine. Ripe fruit notes predominate over mineral nuances. The palate is pleasant and intense with a long and persistent finish.

PAIRING

It pairs perfectly with red meats, whether stewed or grilled. It is also ideal to accompany cured cheeses.
