Tasting Notes

Intense cherry colour, bright, with a garnet edge and a high layer. On the nose it recalls echoes of healthy, ripe red fruit in perfect ripeness, ripe plum, spicy notes (licorice, vanilla), violet, balsamic that provide a lot of freshness, all in perfect balance with subtle toasted notes from its time in the barrel.

On the palate it is round, fine, with subtle opulence, pleasant, well-wrapped tannins, perfect acidity, good balance, persistent and with a tasty and long finish.
