Ars Collecta Blanc de Noir Gran Reserva 75cl

Ars Collecta, the legacy of almost five centuries of oenological know-how. The experience and exhaustive knowledge of our vineyards have allowed us to create this blend of varietals from two climatic zones and vineyards where the varietals show their greatest potential. Pinot Noir from Segrià (Continental), the main varietal, provides freshness and aging potential. Trepat from Conca de Barberà (Continental) and Xarel·lo from Penedès (Mediterranean) complete the blend. A grand reserve, complex, expressive and long-lasting.

Pairing
This cava has an extraordinary elegance, brought about by the Pinot noir variety. This elegance, combined with the very high acidity, opens up a wide range of gastronomic experiences. It goes well with all types of salted fish. Also sushi. Carpaccio, appetizers, starters. Rice with seafood or fish, pasta and meat dishes (cannelloni, lasagna). Ideal with desserts with red fruits.

Intense straw yellow colour with very vivid golden reflections and purple hues, a result of the Pinot Noir variety. Fine and delicate bubbles that are well integrated, creating a perfect rosary of uniform and long-lasting crown.

Nose
We find exquisite aromas of white flowers and also red fruits, the most genuine nuances of the Pinot Noir grape.

Mouth
The aromas are again noticeable in the mouth, where they show body and remarkable freshness. It is creamy, delicate and long.
