Juve Camps Reserva Familia Brut Nature 75cl

Juvé & Camps' most famous cava is a Brut Nature made from the flower must of grapes from our estates in Espiells (Can Rius), La Cuscona and Mediona.

The Reserva de la Familia is an exemplary cava, a great example of the excellent work carried out by this traditional house from Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. It is characterised by its brilliant pale golden colour. With a rich and elegant aromatic palette, with a development that begins with notes of ripe white fruit and then gives way to the nuances typical of ageing: bakery, toast, spices... The palate is tremendously seductive, offering freshness, a pleasant texture and a long finish in which the aromatic memories of white fruit appear again.

Scent
Fruity notes of pear and melon, and citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lemon. Notes of honey, nuts and some pastries.

Flavor
It is very pleasant on the palate. The aromas present on the nose are also perceived on the palate, with a predominance of citrus fruit with some floral hints.

Viticulture
Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia is a brut nature cava, a blend of the Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel•lo grape varieties from their own estates located in the Penedès.

Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported quickly to the winery to preserve all their freshness. Once the free-run juice is obtained, it is aged in cellars for a minimum of 36 months, and each bottle is moved by hand from its rack.
