Smell
Aromas of white fruit that mix with the subtle notes of pastry from the aging, giving a fresh and warm aroma at the same time, which shows its complexity.

Palate
Smooth entry but at the same time structured, with a fine and elegant bubble. We find notes of slightly riper fruit, but with a lively acidity that lengthens the aftertaste, with memories of pastries.

Gastronomy
This is an elegant cava, with fine and persistent bubbles. It can be enjoyed with any meal and even with desserts. Suitable for elaborate meals, such as meat or fish. Serve between 5 and 6ºC.
