Gastronomy
Ideal for rice, seafood, Iberian ham and cheeses, as well as desserts and all types of dishes made with white meat and/or poultry. Serve at 6-7ºC.

Elaboration
Traditional Method. Average aging of 24 months on its lees.

Clean and bright. Pale yellow colour with green reflections. Very fine and persistent bubbles that form a delicate crown.

Smell
Clean, fruity, complex and elegant. Fresh aromas of pear, apple, citrus and floral touches combined with toasted and dried fruit notes from contact with the lees.

Palate
Powerful, fresh, creamy and tasty with good acidity. In the retronasal, aromas of fresh fruit appear, as found in the nose. Very well-integrated carbonation that gives it breadth and smoothness. It has a long, dry and very pleasant finish.
