Aging : 8 months in 400-litre barrels. 100% French oak.

Elaboration
The wine was harvested manually in 12-kilogram boxes. Malolactic fermentation took place in barrels, and once this was completed, the wine was aged for 15 months.

Tasting notes
A very covered wine with blue edges that gives a sensation of youth. Intense and elegant on the nose, with initial sensations of reduction that have protected the wine and force us to decant it so that a great aromatic palette predominated by balsamic, spicy and mineral notes can be expressed.

On the palate… a wine to discover. You will find many things that will not leave you indifferent. Tenacity, acidity, depth, aromas… It is a modern wine like those of yesteryear.
