Gramona La Cuvee is a sparkling wine made by the Gramona de Corpinnat winery, located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Barcelona). It is made from the Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada varieties, where it is aged for 24 months.

VIEW
Pale yellow, steely edges (white gold).

NOSE
Medium intensity. Elegant floral notes accompanied by stone fruit – peach, apricot – golden apple, lemon peel. A subtle note of raw almond closes.

MOUTH
Pleasant entry, medium-bodied, enveloping, carbonated with a crisp and invigorating texture. Citrus, apple and almond notes return in the retronasal passage. Long, very refreshing finish.

HARMONIES
A sparkling aperitif that can be enjoyed with the rest of the meal. Gastronomic and versatile.

45% Xarel.lo, 45% Macabeo and 10% Parellada
Each variety is vinified separately.
