Elaboration

Gin made from high-quality English grain, subjected to three distillation processes. The following botanical ingredients have been used in its production: juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, orange peel, lemon peel, orris root powder, liquorice root powder, cassia bark, sweet almond peel, sweet orange and Buddha's Hand.

Tasting notes

On the nose it is a light and dry gin, with predominant notes of botanicals with the presence of juniper seeds and almond peel with citrus notes of Buddha's Hand, bergamot and sweet orange. On the palate it is very light, smooth and elegant, with the botanicals standing out. In Gin Tonic it is very smooth and elegant, expressing the delicate notes of the botanicals.
