Gramona Enoteca Brut Gran Reserva

Gramona Enoteca Brut is made from 75% Xarel lo and 25% Macabeo grapes from the flat plot. Vines planted on clay soils with sandy substrate and limestone bed. Truly exceptional ageing for 12 years, in stacks and with cork stoppers. Rinsed in a pupitre, stirred and uncorked manually.
