Iberian acorn-fed ham made from Iberian pigs fed only on acorns, grass and natural resources from the Dehesa Extremeña. Our hams are the hind limbs of our pigs and are characterised and distinguished by a series of parameters that directly influence all our senses.

• Appearance : Deep, shiny red colour, pearly and creamy fat. Light streaks of fat infiltrated into the lean meat.
• The feel : silky, soft and light in contact with grease.
• The smell : sweet and penetrating, it treasures the virginal nuances of oleic.
