Juve & Camps the Siberia Gran Reserva Brut Nature

A unique cava born in an exceptional location with a microclimate different from the rest of the plots in the Espiells vineyard. Cava of a beautiful pale pink colour with salmon nuances that reflects its long years of ageing. Its slow effervescence fills the glass with rosaries of tiny bubbles that form a stable crown when they reach the surface.

TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: pale pink, salmon-like nuances. Effervescence of tiny bubbles.
Nose: Memories of dried apricots, cherries, walnuts, fine pastries and a mineral background.
Palate: great structure, pleasant effervescence with pleasant sensations.
DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Cava.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir.
AGEING: aged in bottles for 80 months.
WINE PAIRING: with oysters, caviar, game birds, oily fish, seafood and raw fish.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12ºC
