The 100% Iberian Bellota Presa sausage is one of the great delicacies of Cinco Jotas. Handcrafted in Jabugo, it is a sausage that contains only presa (the piece found at the head of the loin next to the shoulder) from 100% Iberian pigs fed with acorns during the Montanera season. The presa is a noble meat of the highest quality and with a high muscular infiltration similar to that of our Cinco Jotas 100% Iberian Bellota Ham.
