About its preparation and aging
First fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24ºC.
Maceration (contact with skins) for 12 days.
Second natural fermentation in underground tanks.
Ageing (oxidative) in semi-new, high-quality American oak barrels for 18 months.
Aging (reductive) in bottle for a minimum of 6 months before leaving the winery.

COLOR
Intense cherry red colour with a medium-high layer, very clean and lively, which denotes its youth.

AROMA AND TASTE
On the nose it is very powerful, fruity, sweet with aromas of American wood that provide notes of coffee with milk and a liquorice background typical of the Tempranillo variety. On the palate it is smooth, very broad and expressive. Long and elegant finish, with notes of excellent quality wood perfectly integrated with the clean, ripe and explosive fruit.

Ideal with stews, sausages and all types of meats and roasts typical of the Mediterranean diet.
