The word Pacharán comes from the Basque word patxaran and refers to the liquor made from macerated sloes. Without a doubt, it is one of the most consumed liquors in the region of Navarra, in Spain and in neighbouring regions.

Pacharán Berezko Premium 1L follows the traditional production methods that became popular since the Middle Ages, when Pacharán was served in royal courts and was recognized for its strong flavor and the medicinal properties attributed to it.
