Producer information
In early 1997, a family group from Orcera (Jaén), with more than 100 years of experience in the olive sector and in the production of olive oil in the "SIERRA DE SEGURA" region, decided, based on the existence of the Regulatory Council of the Sierra de Segura Designation of Origin, one of the oldest and most emblematic in Spain, to design an ambitious industrial project that would combine the production of olives from its olive groves with the production, packaging and marketing of DOSierra de Segura Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A project based on the high quality of the oils produced in the region, a result of the microclimate and special soil conditions.

Control over the entire process, from the tree to the bottle, and the rigor and care put into each step of the production process, result in a benchmark, unique oil that has made history by setting the guidelines to follow for the production of EVOO of the highest quality, and which has been recognized with more than 100 of the most important national and international awards.
