Espinaler sauce-flavoured potatoes are made with potatoes carefully grown and selected at an altitude of 1000 metres in the north of the province of Soria, 100% olive oil and very little salt. Espinaler sauce-flavoured potatoes are made with potatoes carefully grown and selected at an altitude of 1000 metres in the north of the province of Soria, 100% olive oil and very little salt. Espinaler has managed to perfectly combine the extraordinary classic potato Espinaler with the flavour of the legendary Espinaler appetizer sauce.

Potato and olive oil are the only ingredients in Espinaler crisps. They do not contain any preservatives and are gluten-free.

The potatoes are harvested and carefully selected in the highlands of Soria. They undergo a traditional peeling and cutting process and are fried using olive oil with a low salt content.

The main objective has always been to achieve an excellent product and to this end the chips are made exclusively from high quality raw materials.

They are currently a benchmark for quality fried potatoes not only in Spain, but also in France, the United Kingdom, Holland, Luxembourg, Belgium and Switzerland.
