AROMA : The nose is elegant with aromas of orange and fleshy red fruit, accompanied by notes of vanilla and cinnamon on a mineral background.

FLAVOR : In the mouth it is lush and round with abundant tannins.

VITICULTURE : 105 hectares of vineyards near Labastida (Rioja Alavesa), planted on poor limestone terraces, of clay-calcareous constitution, with a bedrock that outcrops in some areas. Continental climate with Atlantic influence.

VINIFICATION : Traditional vinification, with fermentation with native yeasts. Aged for 17 months in French oak barrels (70%) and American oak barrels (30%).
